Henry's professional background spans across a decades worth of telecommunications and network consulting project and program management. Henry has managed hundreds of engagements across varied array of clients from small thousand dollar contracts to fortune 500 conglomerate multi-million dollar projects. Project/Program management experience had exposed and sharpened Henry's skills with contract negotiation, scope of work development, quality planning and control, accounting, and all other aspects of the business planned, tracked and coordinated to ensure projects are meeting the "definition of success".
Henry has always had an entrepreneurial spirt and with continued key mentorship from family members who have decades of experience in the insurance business, therefore he has decided to allocate the correct training, licensing and transferred his learned professional skills to Piedra Insurance Concepts.
Henry works alongside his Father and Wife who bring individual and unique expertise to the organization.

About Henry Sr.
Manuel "Henry Sr." Piedra is Henry Piedra's father and Hillary Piedra's Father In-Law. His background extends to over 30 years of financial management and accounting of which his last full time W-2 job was Vice President at GE Healthcare. Henry Sr. has established and provided acute financial direction for Fortune 500 enterprises for several decades of which has allowed for the opportunity to transition into entrepreneurship.
Henry Sr. is a self-made entrepreneur with enterprises spanning across residential and commercial real-estate investments and small service based business of which now he has partnered with Piedra Insurance Concepts to provide his expertise.
Henry Sr. is a self-made and dedicated successful financier, business owner, father and abuelo who provides an exorbitant amount value and prior experience to help keep the PIC running effectively and efficiently.

About Hillary
Hillary Piedra is Henry Piedra's better half - By trade, Hillary is a family law attorney licensed in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania of which her professionalism spans over 10 years of excellence. In addition to her profession as an attorney, Hillary has formal experience in the marketing space and is our in-house resident social media expert thus joining Piedra Insurance Concepts as our Marketing Director
Hillary's ability to provide expert guidance, attention to detail, and out of the box solutions is paramount to our family business' vision and success.
In addition to her professional successes, she is a loving a dedicated wife and mother of our growing family.
